Warranty Terms
  • Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects, sagging, and crumbling under proper use of the product.
  • Visible sagging exceeding 3 cm under normal usage conditions.
  • Warranty Card must be duly filled, stamped, or signed by the dealer.
  • This warranty card and original invoice must be presented for all warranty claims.

This Mattress Warranty Does Not Cover
  • There is no warranty for the fabric used as covering on the mattress.
  • Warranty shall be void if the mattress is folded, ironed, bent, rolled improperly, or misused.
  • Physical damage caused by improper bed support, moisture, insects, bed bugs, stains, burns, or mishandling.
  • With normal use, foam may develop softness and change in colour โ€” these shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
  • Change in comfort preference or normal softening over time shall not be treated as a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Settlement Process

Customer shall contact the company using the mail ID or contact number with the original cash memo, filled warranty card, and the product.
Defective product must have the NidraPrime tag for identification.
Any transportation cost during the redressal process has to be borne by the customer.
The company's decision regarding warranty claims shall be final.
All disputes shall be subject to Faridabad jurisdiction only.
Product warranty will be applicable according to the NidraPrime Pro Rata Policy โ€” explained below.

Registered online customers can also raise a claim digitally via My Account โ†’ Service Requests, using their Order ID in place of the physical cash memo.

How Pro-Rata Value Is Calculated

Initial warranty period: free replacement/guarantee. Remaining warranty period: partial charges applicable based on usage period.

Monthly Depreciation  =  Mattress Price  รท  (Warranty Years ร— 12)
Worked Example
Mattress price: โ‚น6,000, Warranty: 5 years (60 months)
Monthly depreciation = โ‚น6,000 รท 60 = โ‚น100 per month
Months 1โ€“12 (initial warranty period): โ‚น0 charged โ€” free replacement/guarantee
From month 13 onward (remaining warranty period): โ‚น100 is deducted from covered value every month
Example: a claim in month 20 has depreciated by (20 โˆ’ 12) ร— โ‚น100 = โ‚น800 โ€” that โ‚น800 is the customer's share, and NidraPrime covers the remaining value

Mattress fabric must not be torn, cut, stained, or strained. In such cases, fabric replacement charges will be applicable separately.
